ZUMBA

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music with easy-to-follow moves. The Zumba workout provides fitness benefits because its routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training, which are intended to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. This is just the type of class a Gal needs to spice up her exercise routine. Now for those of you that lack coordination and have two left feet not to worry you can do this class. I have no smooth lady like moves, I pride myself is being the ultimate head banger. I’m the girl that shows up to Zumba class in her Motley Crue T-shirt and I have to say I love this class. The key is to have fun with it, don’t stress if you can’t get the footwork, laugh at yourself and just enjoy. Remember everyone is there for the same reason to get fit and have fun.

    Great Review! I decided to try the Zumba class at my gym after reading this and I am so glad that I did!! I loved it, I was afraid to try it before because as you said I have no lady like moves either. However once the class starts rolling you forget that you have no smooth moves and get caught up in the energy of it all. It is so much fun..Try girls, you'll be glad you did.
